May 22nd, Saturday, 11:30am, Brett Band performs at Downing Street Co-op Street Fair in Greenwich Village!

Brett Band performs live at the annual Downing Street Co-op Street Fair!  Brett will perform one 30 minute set with the full band starting at 11:30am.  This event, and accompanying silent auction, is a fundraiser for the Downing Street Co-op preschool, and takes place in an adorable playground located in the heart of Greenwich Village at 32 Carmine Street.  Admission is free!  For more details, and to read more about this awesome little preschool, please visit their website.

May 26th, Wednesday from 3:30-6:30pm, Brett Band performs live at annual Central Park Playground Party!

Brett Band performs live at this amazing annual fundraising party for the Central Park Playground Partners!  The event takes place in the parks largest playground, Heckscher Playground, and features all sorts of amazing entertainment including relay races, marionette puppet shows, face painters, music, and a delicious dinner buffet.

April 18th, Sunday, full Brett Band concert at Housing Works Bookstore & Cafe in Soho!

Brett Band headline’s a concert at this awesome, downtown NYC Bookstore, Cafe & Concert venue.  The show will be part of the same kids music concert series that Brett has been hosting all year, in which he’s been fortunate to open up for some of the biggest stars in kids music, including Laurie Berkner and Grammy nominated Brady Rymer!

Opening up the show will be Brett’s good friend Joanie Leeds and her awesome band, The Nightlights!

Brett Band performs Sunday, 1/31/10, at Family Fun Day in Port Washington, NY!

I’ll be playing with the full band on Sunday January 31st at 11:30am at Community Synagogue in Port Washington, Long Island. The concert will take place in the Synagogue’s Congregational Hall.  As always, we’ll play original songs from Brett’s Parents Choice Award winning album, “Brett Band for Kids,” along with some classic kids songs, and pop songs!  The concert is open to the public.  Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.  Children under one year old are free.  Ticket prices include concert admission, pizza, beverages, and ice cream.  Raffle tickets to win valuable prizes and gift certificates from local merchants will be sold at the event.  The Synagogue is located at 160 Middle Neck Road, Port Washington, New York.  For directions, please go to www.commsyn.org.

Brett Band to perform concerts at Citibabes in Soho and Scarsdale in March!

More details to follow soon, but the concerts will be open to the public, and they will be taking reservations as space is limited.  Tickets will be $10 for non-members.  Wednesday March 17th at Citibabes Soho, and Thursday March 18th at Citibabes Scarsdale.  Both shows will be at 4pm.  Yay!!

Brett Band performs live this Saturday, 12/5/09 at Golden Tree Kids Event

I’m excited to be performing with my full band this Saturday, December 5th at 11am at the annual Golden Tree Kids Event, a fundraiser for the New York Junior League. It will be a fun-filled day of holiday shopping and live entertainment for kids! Brett Band will perform from 11-11:45. The event is held at 130 East 80th Street (between Park & Lex) in NYC. Admission is $20.

Brett Band performs full-band show THIS Wednesday, November 11th at the Rosenthal JCC in Pleasantville, NY!!

On Wednesday, November 11th, Brett Band will be playing a special full-band concert at the Rosenthal JCC in Pleasantville, NY starting at 11am! This is a special Veteran’s Day concert since many school’s are closed. The show is open to anyone, so please come sing & dance with us!! We’ll play originals from the new album, as well as a few kid’s classics, and some fun pop songs as well! Expect lots of dancing, jumping, clapping, stomping and shaking! And, of course, a room full of bubbles at the end of the show!!
